What now
Now you've got your portrait appointment booked the fun starts.
We'll give you a call about a week before the session to see if you have any ideas or worries and have a little chat about your portrait.
On the day try and get to the studio 5 or 10 minutes early again we'll go over any ideas you may have and give the children a chance to settle in.
The first thing we'll get you to do is sign a model release this is a necessary process for our studio and covers some legal issues about the images we create on the day. It allows us if we want to, use your images from the day on our web site and blog and other social networking sites and possibly at some point to help in creating our own marketing materials and physical displays. When we do a display with any of your images we will inform you as a courtesy so you may go to the venue and see for your self. If you are not prepared to view and sign the release it may not be possible to continue with the session. However if you have any worries please contact Will at the studio.
We will have at least an hour to capture some unique and fun style pictures for you. In this hour there will be enough time for a change of clothes if you wish.
After the shoot we can quickly go over some of the products we offer such as Acrylic, frames canvases and albums.
Also we can give you the starting prices for each of the products we offer. Currently our clients invest from £250 upwards.
We can now offer you a personal viewing appointment Exclusively for your family with in 7 days. Here you can view your images we have created and choose your favourites. We have an A' la carte list as well as a collections list with fantastic savings.
The delivery time is any where between 4 to 6 weeks from the day of ordering.
Don't forget our guarantee if you are not happy with the products and have found a flaw I will rectify it as soon as possible.
